CUSTOMISED ORDERS

If you require any changes to be made to your order, or any customisations to your items, including length adjustments or special requirements, please email us immediately after your order is placed at customerservice@theloveofgrace.com.au and we will do our very best to accommodate your needs.

SHIPPING

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

  • All of our parcels are sent express and registered with Australia Post at a cost of $18.
  • Once your order is confirmed we estimate 5-10 days for you to receive your items within Australia.
  • Your garment will be cut and made to order.
  • For customised orders, you will be notified with a specific time frame.
  • For urgent orders, please contact customerservice@theloveofgrace.com.au
  • Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO boxes as all of our orders must be signed for.
  • Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique AUS POST tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel clicking on the link provided in the email.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA  

  • Your order will be sent with DHL at a cost of $35.
  • Once your order is received, please allow up to 3 weeks for you to receive your items outside of Australia.
  • Your garment will be cut and made to order.
  • For customised orders, you will be notified with a specific time frame.
  • For urgent orders, please contact customerservice@theloveofgrace.com.au
  • Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO boxes as all of our orders must be signed for.
  • We deliver worldwide.
  • Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique DHL tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel clicking on the link provided in the email.

DUTIES AND TAXES OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

THE LOVE OF GRACE ships on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Taxes and duties are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are calculated according to your shipping destination and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. We are unable to advise how much these charges may be. Please check with your country’s customs office to find out what these charges might be, prior to purchasing. THE LOVE OF GRACE cannot refund prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout should you wish to return the item for a refund. Please be prepared for this as it can be up to 30%.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is available on all orders over $700 worldwide.

EMAIL CONFIRMATION

You will receive a confirmation of your order via email. If you do not receive this, please email Customer Service directly at customerservice@theloveofgrace.com.au

RECEIVING YOUR PARCEL

Please ensure your delivery address is attended. We recommend providing a business address where possible, or another address where someone will be available to receive the item between 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday to sign for it.
